An epic international fundraising event, the Ride to Conquer Cancer® is benefitting the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation when it comes to Adelaide for the first time on the weekend of 30 November 2013.

In just two years the Ride to Conquer Cancer has become the largest fundraising event series in Australia's history.

In Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth is has raised over $26.4 million for its beneficiaries, with more than six thousand riders taking part across the country.

Now it's Adelaide's turn! All funds raised from the inaugural Ride to Conquer Cancer will help the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation support the vital work of the dedicated researchers and clinicians based in the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer (FCIC).

This is a history-making opportunity for you to do something big about cancer, something epic.

Your journey will see you cycle more than 200km through some of South Australia's most beautiful scenery, joining more than a thousand riders on a two day adventure.

This fully supported cycling event isn't just for athletes or cycling enthusiasts. The Ride to Conquer Cancer is for anyone who wants to challenge themselves for a great cause.

Riders will be supported by hundreds of volunteers and crew members providing meals, water and snack stops, gear transport, portable restrooms, safety on the course, comprehensive medical services and an overnight campsite complete with tents, hot showers, messages and entertainment.

All you need is motivation, a bike, a helmet and a commitment to make a difference.
